Where IS Maple & Main?
Maple and Main Streets intersect a few hundred feet from our house – in one of the oldest neighborhoods of our small Massachusetts town. Literally, it's where we work and live. Figuratively, it's the meeting of small businesses and non-profits where they're at, finding out where they're going, and forging forward with quality narrative visual content.
We are Katye & Joe Brier, and we combine over 30 years of experience in editorial and nonprofit photography and multimedia to create rich, authentic, vibrant visual narratives to help fellow small business owners communicate their brands; and to forward the advocacy goals of nonprofit organizations.
What makes us different? Our roots. Journalists from the beginning of our careers, producing authentic work is in our muscle memory. We both have MS degrees in photography that we have applied in a variety of ways – all while keeping storytelling at the core. We work closely with our clients to develop original photography and multimedia – from a LinkedIn portrait refresh, to creation of a comprehensive branding library of images ... and everything in between.
