Get comfy on a floor cushion and stay as long as you like while your new, ambivalent friends cooly acknowledge your presence. Why is this not a thing in America? We are dog people, but thoroughly enjoyed this unique experience at The Cat Cafe in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
